Nepal - Booking & Cancellation Policy
► Confirm your booking easily by sending us a scanned copy of your passport and a 20% advance payment.
► Kindly deposit payments into our account; any bank charges are on the sender.
► Full payment should be made at least 30 days prior to the trip start date.
► Any local payments made by credit card will incur an additional fee of 3% to 5%.
Cancellation charge:
► 30 or more days prior to the trip starting date - 10% of total invoice
► 29 - 15 days prior to the trip starting date - 30% of total invoice
► 14 - 7 days prior to the trip starting date - 50% of total invoice
► Less than 7 days prior to the trip starting date - 100% of total invoice
► Refunds for the flights will be subject to the airline's policies
